Participants of the WSF 2009 are exempt from visa fees
Participants of the World Social Forum 2009 that are outside of Brazil and need a visa, will be exempted from fees and will receive, in exceptional character, a Courtesy Visa (Vicor), which is valid for 30 days.

Released payment for individuals and organizations from outside Brazil
Organizations and individuals that have registered outside Brazil can pay by credit card.
The registration for the press are open
Journalists, communication Universities and other communicators may register for free until January 10, 2009.
